You' ll never know when you' ll be able to put the survival training you learn at Weekend Survival Camp to good use. It' s certainly a good investment of both your time and finances. In the camp you' ll learn that survival is about working and living with nature, not fighting it. The Survival Camp in the Midlands is run in a 72-acre wood that provides all the resources you need to make your camp and practice freshly learned wildernees bushcraft techniques. The woods are secluded. The Weekend Survival Camp begins at 7 pm Friday evening and finishes off midday Sunday. During the camp you' ll learn how to light fires by friction, alternate cooking methods, constructing traps and snares, how to safely use cutting tools and different shelter building techniques. Outdoor hygiene is provided and early on Saturday you can use a woodland sauna. Once purchased, the voucher is valid for 10 months. The voucher will provide the details to amek your booking and there is no maximum age. Minimum age is 12 and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The instructors have more than 50 years experience between them including knowledge of the jungle and the Arctic. Ferraris and Saloons Experience at Goodwood
The Ferraris and Saloons Experience at Goodwood is a popular event so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. You don' t want to miss out on a chance to drive the awesome saloon car and learn the ins and outs of the classic Goodwood track from a skilled and highly qualified instructor. You' ll get to slip behind the wheel of the Ferrari 308, 348 or 355 (subject to availability) to take the Italian stallion through its paces. Plus you' ll also get a ride in a MINI Cooper and find out first-hand about G forces as your instructor drives the car around for two heart stopping laps. The Ferraris and Saloons Experience at Goodwood experience begins with a safety briefing followed by two instructor driven saloon car familiarisatin laps. Then there' s three driving saloon car laps, three Ferrari driving laps and two instructor-driven MINI Cooper S laps. All Ferraris and Saloons Experiences at Goodwood occur during the weekdays between March and October. A valid UK driving licence must be produced the day of the event. Junior Monster Truck Ride!
The Junior Monster Truck Ride! Gives kids ages 8 and up and teenagers under the age of 17 a chance to be a passenger in a dual control monster truck. The Rock Crawler has greater precision than its American counterpart and has 6’6’ suspension and can negotiate even the most extreme terrain with real ease. Sure to provide a thrill ride for any youngster! Location: Bedfordshire (South East). Height: 3’6’’-6’4”; maximum weight is 20 stone. No unaccompanied children (Adult:Child ratio of 1:6 for children over 10, and 1:3 for under children under 10). Available between March and November with restricted availability in November. And if you take part in the Single Seater Circuit Experience at Rockingham, you' ll enjoy this peed first hand. It' ll be the closest you' ll get to a real F1 race as you navigate the demanding Rockingham infield circuit. You' ll also experience these cars unique data and telemetry read outs that are meant to assist drivers with their techniques. The open-dated voucher for the Single Seater Circuit Experience at Rockingham is valid for 10 months. Crash helmets, gloves and waterproofs are supplied and must be worn. You should also wear long sleeves, long trousers and light flat-soled shoes. Min/Max height: 5’2/6’4 and max weight of 18 stone. A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months in mandatory. Location: Rockingham, Northamptonshire. The experience begins with a full briefing followed by being strapped into the four point racing harness of the Formula single seater. You' ll take to track and go around the circuit for 13 miles in groups of four led by the instructor. The experience ends with a debriefing and a presentation of certificates. Available select Saturdays between February and March. The experience lasts about two hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before star time. Spectators welcome and they' ll find the catering facilities excellent. Dogs are not allowed. You' ll also have the chance to purchase action photos from the car' s onboard computer, which is subject to availability.

Learn driving skills and techniques you never knew existed with the Lotus Elise Experience at Rockingham. With this experience you' ll experience first-hand the refined road handling and power of the Lotus Elise after learning driving and handling techniques from a knowledgeable instructor. Location: Rockingham, Northamptonshire (Midlands). The event begins with a briefing and all your driving will be done under the watchful eye of a fully qualified instructor who will sit beside you the entire experience. Your instructor will help you develop and refine your driving skills and you' ll learn a lot in the 25 minutes you' ll be driving. During your driving you' ll enjoy challenging high-speed and technical low-geared corners. You' ll also get five minutes of familiarization laps driven by the instructor before you take the wheel. After this you' ll get 12 miles driving the lotus and then enjoy the thrill of one high speed passenger lap. Min/Max height: 5’2/6’3 and max weight of 18 stone. Experience available on selected Saturdays from Feb-Nov. Please arrive thirty minutes before your start time. A valid UK full driving licence is required for at least 12 months. First Time Drive Experience
Just because you' re young doesn' t mean you shouldn' t experience the thrill of driving. The First Time Drive Experience gives you a chance to do so if you' re between the ages of 12 and 16. You' ll get a chance to get behind the steering wheel in a safe and controlled environment away from public roads. A skilled ADI instructor will teach you the rudiments of driving and help you make the most out of your crucial first drive. The First Time Drive Experience begins with a briefing where you' ll learn all the safety requirements. Then you' ll get into the car in groups of three students per vehicle. You' ll spend approximately 45 minutes driving after which you' ll be de-briefed and receive a certificate of completion. Vehicle used in the First Time Drive Experience will be a MINI one or similar small car if the MINI is not available. The entire experience will last about 2.5 hours.
