Matching Food and Wine Workshop for One
The Matching Food and Wine Workshop for One is an experience that takes place once a month where the participant will learn the art of matching the right wines to food. You'll learn which wines work best with cheese, chocolate and seafood. It's a great skill to have because the flavours of both wine and food can be greatly enhanced when properly paired. During the two-hour taste extravaganza, you'll learn different tasting techniques and the secrets of selecting the perfect wine. Besides getting to taste a fabulous array of wines on their own, you'll also get the chance to compare the tastes of various wines when combined with different types of food. Over the evening you'll have the opportunity to taste a minimum of eight wines. Water, biscuits, notes and tasting glasses are provided. The Matching Food and Wine Workshop voucher is good for 10 months after it's been purchased. There will be a maximum of other participants on your experience. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Location: London (South East).
