Novelli Academy Tasting and Demonstration for Two
Food lovers will love the Novelli Academy Tasting and Demonstration for Two. With this experience you' ll get an entire day of expert tuition from charismatic French chef, Jean Christophe Novelli, in his 14th century Hertfordshire home. The chef, a former star of Hell' s Kitchen, demonstrate some of his impressive signature dishes. As a participant, you' ll get the chance to taste each course and drink from hand-picked matching wines. Demonstrations begin at 11:00 and end at about 16:00. With the Novelli Academy Tasting and Demonstration for Two you' ll get the chance to socialize and exchange cookery tip. Course itinerary is subject to change. Dishes are suitable for those 18 years old and older. Availability may be limited since only a maximum of 20 people are allowed per course. Booked dates are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please advise of any special requirements or food allergies when booking. Located in Hertfordshire (South East). Courses run on both weekdays and weekends throughout the year. The Novelli Academy Tasting and Demonstration for Two voucher is valid for 10 months after purchase. Please be aware that this is a demonstration class and participants will not be cooking.
