Single Seater Circuit Experience at Rockingham
If you' re a 175bhp Formula Single Seater fan then you know that these cars are capable of firing up to 0 to 60 in just four seconds. And if you take part in the Single Seater Circuit Experience at Rockingham, you' ll enjoy this peed first hand. It' ll be the closest you' ll get to a real F1 race as you navigate the demanding Rockingham infield circuit. You' ll also experience these cars unique data and telemetry read outs that are meant to assist drivers with their techniques. The open-dated voucher for the Single Seater Circuit Experience at Rockingham is valid for 10 months. Crash helmets, gloves and waterproofs are supplied and must be worn. You should also wear long sleeves, long trousers and light flat-soled shoes. Min/Max height: 5’2/6’4 and max weight of 18 stone. A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months in mandatory. Location: Rockingham, Northamptonshire. The experience begins with a full briefing followed by being strapped into the four point racing harness of the Formula single seater. You' ll take to track and go around the circuit for 13 miles in groups of four led by the instructor. The experience ends with a debriefing and a presentation of certificates. Available select Saturdays between February and March. The experience lasts about two hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before star time. Spectators welcome and they' ll find the catering facilities excellent. Dogs are not allowed. You' ll also have the chance to purchase action photos from the car' s onboard computer, which is subject to availability.
