Ready for a different kind of G-force?
Get another experience day gift for that adrenaline junkie close to you. Sphereing is a totally new experience where participants are rolled down and bounced into steep hills while harnessed to a 12” inflatable ball. Though the voucher applies for one, you can bring a friend to enjoy this laugh-out-loud extreme sport. With the speed of 30mph as you roll down, you’re in for a different experience with so much laughing and so much bouncing. With a 3-foot air between the ground and you, plus the safety harnesses to keep you in place, you can relax rolling and bouncing at great speeds with the knowledge that you’re going to be safe.
Once you arrive you will be strapped into the Sphere for your safety. Hang on tight as you roll down and laugh! By the time you reach the bottom, you can feel a bit dizzy because of all the rolling and bouncing. The G-force is similar to a fair ground ride which makes it not safe for the infirm or the elderly. Since it’s mostly outdoors, the experience is dependent on weather and is available from April to September only so it’s very important to pre-book.
The gift voucher starting at £29 is usually good for ten months, is good for one person only, though you will usually share the Sphere with another participant. You will not be allowed to Sphere if you have high blood pressure, heart complications, epilepsy, neck or back problems, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, had an operation within the past 12 months, under 4 feet in height, more than 65 years old or less than 12 years old (parental consent is essential from 12-18 years of age), or in excess of 18 stone with a maximum girth of 60 ins. The staff will decide whether the weight/height requirement is met and is only judged on the day itself of the ride.
