Sunsail One Day Taster
The Sunsail One-Day Taster is perfect for beginners. It is a one-day course, which introduces you to this incredible sport. These days are great if you just want to experience sailing, with out being pressurized to complete a certification course, but who knows where this will lead, as most people soon become hooked, after their first taster.
The Sunsail One-Day Taster includes the basics of sailing, using the engine, putting up the sails, manoeuvring, point of sail, general safety and anchoring, but there is no set syllabus. These courses are available on every weekend through the year, and give you a thorough insight into what this sport has to offer. The location is Southampton, so ideal for your partner to go shopping in this modern, yet historic city, whilst you test your skills.
You will be supplied with lifejackets, buoyancy aids, safety equipment and a craft, which is both professionally maintained and regularly inspected to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations. Your day starts with a safety briefing and the cost of your lunch is included in the price of the Sunsail One-Day Taster.
