Half Day Coasteering
Half Day Coasteering is your chance to experience this organised sport. It is the practise of exploring the coast, by climbing cliffs, jumping and swimming, and is totally exhilarating. This novel mix of adventure and exploration, allows you to set your adrenaline level, so is equally suited to a nervous newcomer, and to the adrenaline junkie, seeking extreme exhilaration. The Coasteering environment is one where rocks, water, waves, caves and gullies, etc, come together to form a very high-energy environment.
The location for Half Day Coasteering is North Pembrokeshire in Wales, which is run by a top sports center. This excellent center will always give you a safety briefing before you enter the water, and provide you with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, and any other safety equipment you need. All instructors are fully qualified, and they will also be equipped with throw lines and rescue tubes, just in case any one gets into difficulty.
Once you have arrived at the center, had your safety briefing, and been kitted out, you will be taken a short distance, by mini bus, to the venue where the activities are held. The maximum group size is ten, and spectators are welcome to come along, although they may find that their view of the activities, due to location, is restricted.
