Extended Waterskiing
Extended Water-skiing teaches you to glide through the water, with the utmost of ease, at a location in Gloucester, or Milton Keynes. This popular sport of skiing on the waters surface, whilst being towed by a powerboat is well established, and thought to have originated in the early 1920's, on the French Riviera. This is a full day introduction course, designed to get you off to a flying start. This course uses a cable for water skiing.
Water skiing is great fun, you feel the wind in your hair, as you glide across the water, full speed ahead, cool water splattering over, around you and under your feet. All equipment is supplied with this course, and you will start off with a safety briefing, and the essentials of water skiing, followed by one hour of knee boarding, as you are attached to the cable, so that you become acquainted with the way the cable pulls, and learn how to take corners.
As you gain confidence on the kneeboard, you will advance to water skis. At first your water ski tuition, takes place on land, before going into the water to ski for two hours, plus a further two hours to improve. You are welcome to bring spectators to either location, and there are food and drink stores, for their convenience.
