Ultimate Top Gun (Saturdays)
Make the most of a free Saturday with the Ultimate Top Gun Experience. A great choice for those who love flying and relish the adrenalin-fueled blast they' ll get from soaring through the skies in an Extra 300. (An Extra 300 is equivalent to a F1 racing car.) The plane is extra light, is powered by a 300bhp Lycoming engine and features state of the art technology. During the ride you' ll even get a chance to take the controls and experience what it' s like to manoeuvre the aircraft. You' ll fly basic aerobatics, learn how to tail chase and play shoot the bandit. When you arrive, you' ll receive refreshments and then you' ll be kitted out in your gear. You' ll get a pre-flight briefing. Two teams will then be assembled and you' ll get a chance to take part in a practice session of fabulous manouvres. Special effects such as smoke and a special gun will be at your disposal to use during the tail chase with another aeroplane. The flight is about 40 minutes, but you can expect to be in the venue for three to four hours. After you' ve finished flying your formation loop, you' ll return to base for a debriefing. Minimum height is 5ft, the maximum weight is 15 st 7lbs. A filled in medical form is required and those 35 and older require a doctor' s letter confirming their suitability to fly. ! Arrows Experience
If you' ve ever dreamed of flying in a close formation aerobatic display, then the Arrows Experience is your chance to find out exactly what it' s like. With this experience you' ll get to find out exactly what if feels like to loop, barrel, roll and tail-chase in forces up to 5G. The experience lasts 30 minutes and you' ll be flying with a team of expert pilots. Most of the pilots participating in the Arrows Experience have been part of the Red Arrows team at one point in their careers. Your experience begins with a welcome chat over hot coffee or tea. Following this is the briefing on flight profile, formation techniques and flying procedures. Then you' ll be fitting with flying clothing. Once you' re properly dressed, you' ll be escorted to the aircraft and strapped in. You' ll taxi out to the runway and take of in formation. Then you' ll enjoy the experience of flying in close formation as you gain altitude. After a series of fun aerobatic manoeuvres, you' ll return to the airfield for a fighter style break to land. You' ll be debriefed and then you' ll get a chance to enjoy more coffee. Voucher is valid for 10 months. Flights only available on weekdays. Minimum age is 17. Red Arrows Experience day – Weekends
Now you can find out what it feels like to wow the public with amazing aerobatic flying displays with the Arrows Experience. You do not actually fly the plane with this experience, but you are right in the middle of the action as you sit in the aircraft throughout all the manoeuvres. This experience will give you the chance to enjoy the world of close formation aerobatic display flying with experts highly skilled in the art. During the 30-minute flight you'll get to do barrel rolls, tail-chasing, loops and experience forces up to 5G all under the supervision of expert pilots who have been part of the Red Arrows team at one point or another. The experience begins with a welcome chat over tea or coffee, a briefing on formation techniques, flight profile, and emergency procedures. Then your flying clothes are fitted after which you'll receive a formal briefing. Then you're escorted to the aircraft, strapped in where you taxi out to the runway and take off in formation. This is followed by manoeuvring in close formation as you go higher. Then you complete an assortment of aerobatic tricks like dog fighting manoeuvres and barrel rolls. Your return to the airfield is followed by a debrief and coffee. Participants must be over the age of 17. Minimum height is 5’, maximum height is 6’4’’. Maximum weight is 15 stone. . Top Gun UK Experience
The Top Gun UK Experience runs on weekdays and is guaranteed to provide you with the thrill of your life. You'll ride in planes recently used by the Swedish Airforce and you'll get the chance to put the quick Bulldog through its paces under the guidance of a fully qualified instructor. This experience will allow you to experience formation flying in ex military planes over the English countryside. Your day begins with a detailed safety and technical briefing. Following this, you'll enjoy a formation take off, aerobatic flying and a formation loop and possibly more during your 30-minute flight. The Top Gun UK Experience allows you to tail chase other planes and experience what you've probably only ever seen in films. Your experience includes and authentic flying suit, helmet, gloves and refreshments. The voucher for this experience is valid for 10 months after purchase. Safety is a priority and all instructors are current or former RAF pilots. You must listen to their instructions at all times as well as fill out a medical declaration before flying. . 50 Minute Warbird Flight
The 50 Minute Warbird Flight, what an experience this is. An inimitable opportunity to fly a real warbird, just like the WWII Spitfire aces. Enjoy the thrill of flying a T-6 Texan, the World War II classic, which was originated from the NA-16 prototype, first flown in 1935. Throughout the last war it was used to train fighter pilots and was still serving as late as the 1990's, as a chase plane to test helicopters.
The 50 Minute Warbird Flight in this single engine, dual controlled, two place, ex-military trainer gives you the opportunity to sit at the controls and face up to the many challenges, as thousands of British pilots once did. This will be a truly memorable experience. You can participate as much as you want, you can even choose to fly up to seventy five percent of the time, or sit back and let your imagination go wild.

45 Hour Basic Flight Course
45 Hour Basic Flight Course is available in Essex in the South East of England, imagine the views, as you fly above rolling wheat fields dotted with poppies, estuaries, woodlands and the coastline. This course is an ideal follow up to one of our introductory flying lessons, available throughout the UK. After your first experience of flying solo, you are bound to be hooked on that feeling or freedom, power and exhilaration and dying to be back in the cockpit again.
Just imagine how good it will feel to have a full 45 hours of tuition. Now you will really be able to get to grips with these superb flying machines. The Flight Training necessitates flying a minimum of 45 hours, including hours both with an instructor and solo. Additionally once you have flown for 45 hours, the only thing between you and becoming a fully-fledged licensed pilot is the exam.
These 45 hours of flying gives you an overview of every aspect of flying a light aircraft. Who knows where you will go from here, as many have turned their dream of flying an aircraft into a successful career.
